This new family house uses prefabricated engineered sections made off-site, reducing the building time. Our custom home design includes high levels of insulation, an orientation to maximise light and energy use and an eco-friendly sedum roof.

We compared the options of renovating the existing house on the site or building from the ground up. We recommended a new build, because the client wanted to use the latest technology for environmental benefit and the construction of the existing house was of poor quality.
