White Cottage is a tiny listed cottage which we almost doubled in size by removing an existing 1960s flat roofed extension, and adding a new pitched roof wing to the rear of the property.
In consultation with the Conservation Officer, we created a generous living area with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and utility room accessed from it.
Reclaimed components were incorporated into the design, resulting in a modern, open plan space but retaining the character of the existing building without compromise.
