The proposal was to refurbish an existing bungalow with an extension and loft conversion, and to build a pair of semi-detached dwellings in the large garden at this corner plot location. The designs were to incorporate the recommendations of previous appeals, to relate to the street scene and consider the impact on the area of outstanding natural beauty.
