The client wished to significantly increase the size of the house to suit growing family needs but contrary to local planning guidance.
The house had a strong character which we sought to repeat in mirroring the front elevation with a two storey side extension and large flat roofed extension across the rear with lantern style rooflights.
We submitted a strong supporting statement with the planning application and the extensions were approved without issue.
