The house was a detached Victorian house which was in need of much refurbishment.
The client wanted to alter the rear to better connect with the garden and to create a multifunctional family space.
We remodelled the ground floor, including a small rear extension across the back of the house to create a large open plan family/dining/kitchen area with a large ground floor shower room and functional utility space.
We monitored the project through the construction phase and assisted in the production of additional information for the detailed refurbishment of the house.
