Hill View was a collection of domestic buildings in the middle of the Chiltern Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, surrounded by open farmlamd and woodland.
The main house was a bungalow with an annexe to one side. Over a number of years, we remodelled the house to include raising the roof to allow a loft conversion into a large master bedroom suite with balcony to maximise the impact of the views over the countryside, a tower feature to connect the disparate parts of the existing building, used as a study and sitting room, with a gallery over an oak-framed entrance hall.
