An ingenious project that transformed a standard, developer-built home on a relatively small plot, providing more bedroom space and an en-suite for a growing family.

The rear extension created a stunning kitchen living space and practical utility room. The finished home punches above its weight and allows the client to make good use of the remaining garden. All the work was done under permitted development.
