Kathy and I would both like to thank you for your help in planning our project - especially the inspired choice of moving the kitchen to a place we hadn't even thought of!! It has worked brilliantly. Also your diligence in co-ordinating the project with Mick Rook the builder, the structural engineer and also the Local Authority. Mick was your recommended choice as the builder and you proved yourselves an effective team in getting us the room and space we wanted as well as the vaulted ceiling which has made the entire area very special. We are delighted at the standard of workmanship achieved and the conscientiousness of all the team. Bearing in mind we were away for over a month whilst the work was being done we felt comfortable knowing that you were the project manager and our house was in safe hands - so once more our thanks.

We chose to engage with Anne after our first meeting with her to discuss our plans, we had a few architects to consider but once we’d met Anne it was an easy yes. We felt she understood what we were trying to achieve, didn’t push different ideas on us but expanded on what we had suggested - although some of her suggestions took us in different directions which was wonderful as we’d never done a project like this before. Anne is an incredibly safe pair of hands coupled with fresh ideas and practical solutions. We would never have been able to enjoy our project as much as we did without Anne, we would do it all over again and Anne would be our first choice to work with. We are so incredibly happy with the finished build and this is in no small part down to Anne’s involvement. We have had no hesitation in recommending her to friends and family.

Anne is outrageously good at what she does. We clicked with Anne on the first meeting because of how she got us and what we wanted to achieve. Anne is invested long after the plans are handed over. She knows local council rules and building regulations, and was very helpful steering us through some hiccups with our project. Anne also recommended an excellent builder who completed our extension to the highest standard. Anne's creativity and insight delivered the most wonderful open plan living space and kitchen for our family. We absolutely love it and one of us must mention every day how brilliant it is. Family all enjoy our gatherings here and our friends are so complimentary about the whole project. It has changed our lives and we thank our lucky stars we found Anne.

We bought half of a very run down farmhouse in 2019 which required major renovation. We not only wanted to make it into a comfortable home for our retirement but to future proof it in terms of energy demand. Anne helped us every step of the way with exceptional attention to detail. We had worked with Anne before and wanted the direct personal attention that she offers. Anne helped us understand the very unorthodox features of the property and helped us understand its structure. Following our outline brief Anne provided creative ideas to make the most of the available space. We are very happy with the results. Working with Anne was a pleasure and eased us through difficult structural and technical problems involved with bringing an idiosyncratic old building up to 21st century specification.

We chose Anne because she knows the local area well and was happy to talk through ideas with us. Very easy. She helped us to understand what we wanted and transformed our brief into two very different options, which helped us decide what we were really after. It's great! It makes us smile every time we come home. We've had architects come to see the house and we've had some lovely comments from neighbours. The extension has given us more space, but more than that it's transformed a very standard 1970's house into a unique and characterful home.
